FOR ARTS/CRAFTS AND BUSINESS BOOTHS

AT THE WEST POINT CRAB CARNIVAL

 

DATE, LOCATIONS, TIMES:  Saturday, October 2, 2010

Downtown West Point – 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

 

COST:  $75.00 per space

 

NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PAYMENT

MADE PAYABLE TO THE WEST POINT CRAB CARNIVAL

 

APPLICATION DEADLINE:  Please have the application, along with a picture of your craft, or a price list if this is a business booth, to us as soon as possible. Last year we ran out of space so requests are honored on a first come, first served basis.                  

Deadline:  August 31st.  Applications postmarked after deadline will be subject to a $25.00 late fee and will not be published in the Crab Tab.

*Notice:  This will be the last year that applications will be mailed.  For future Crab Carnivals, applications shall be retrieved online only at www.westpointvachamber.com

 

GENERAL BOOTH INFORMATION

 

•    Booth size is approximately 10’deep x 12’ wide.

•   All events will take place in downtown West Point and booths will be located on Main Street.
•   Your registration is non-refundable.  The event will not be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
•   Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her own display-we cannot supply electricity.
•  Please note on your application any space preferences (i.e. same as last year, shade preferred, etc.) We will try to accommodate you if at all possible.
•  We will supply each exhibitor with a town business license on the day of the event.
•  An information packet will be mailed to you in mid to late September.  This will include a map, parking pass and other booth information for you.
